I didn't know about the letter until yesterday. Asleep in the back of the bus. However, I still believe in "good for the sector, one way or another". A note that I just sent to a friend, no new insights here, either...... We need to lobby for increased FDA powers to report companies that are proceeding "against best advice". No more Imclones, no more Maxims!! This would also force FDA to be circumspect, early, about giving benefit of doubt to novel trials.
