What happened today to change the markets view of value? We have a congressional investigation. I do not think that materially changes the value of IMCL.

On one of CNBC's IMCL discussions, it was stated that the House Panel investigation was at the request of the FDA; and that the FDA was concerned with statements made by IMCL which may inappropriately raise the hopes of Cancer patients.

I've not seen any of these CNBC statements repeated elsewhere - in print or on TV. Thus it's difficult to accept them as gospel.

On the other hand, if they're true, it would imply that IMCL still has substantial material, undisclosed information; and that their statements have seriously annoyed the FDA. I can't recall the FDA ever requesting a house panel to investigate a company!!!
