Bush wasn't in office in 2000, so I fail to see how the Bush admin is involved with "the Enron point". If the article is saying that Bush's admin was a cause of the collapse of Enron by imposing price caps on electric prices, that may be. But, the blame would lie with Enron, who still has yet to even be paid by the bankrupt utilities.
