RO, Your trading comments were interesting to read. I trade without the latest tools using Schwab accounts. I often wonder how much I'm missing by not investing in state-of-the-art software and services. I currently have no real complaints about the process I use today and fear that I could go overboard trading if I changed methods. Perhaps it's enough to simply stick with what works as long as it remains fun and profitable.

I know it's really not funny, but I had to chuckle at your NVDA story. Boy have I been there and done that. It's incredibly difficult to take a large percentage hit on a play when you're feeling that the play is even more applicable the more the stock moves in the wrong direction! That's the trap that can kill ya. Many times if you're patient, you can eventually get out at break-even, but once in awhile, the move continues in the wrong direction and the initial mistake is compounded into pure horror as you're finally forced to bail. You are correct, "Moral is do not ever let discipline waiver." I keep having to relearn those guidelines every week it seems.

Good luck to you.
