Josh, "He said even though the judge rejected the deal, accounting practices required that it be stated on the earnings." Any chance that the offer was made so it would appear on this quarter's statement? No corporate accountant so, what happens now that the settlement cost really hasn't been $660 million? Does it just float along until the real settlement occurs and then some later quarterly earnings are adjusted somehow? Cheers, Norm
