Not really. What's so interesting about a register that controls the link layer frequency? Are you impressed because the table on the following page holds values up to 1000, which when doubled suggests a possible 2GHz operating frequency? If so, you should know that this doesn't mean that HT will ever support this frequency, even in the next several years - only that the engineers had the foresight to include it as possible headroom.
