You have made a very good point with respect to relevance. Most of the people cited on the SI subpoena have had nothing to do with the suit in question (Marchese vs. Dobry). And most, therefore, don't even know who Marchese is. This is further evidence that Dobry and his attorney are not looking for anything that has to do with this case but are only on a fishing expedition. An expedition that also wants credit card information which they have no legal right to. I think SI should take all these things into consideration and take the action themselves to quash this subpoena.
