If by homework, you mean some background on Gary Dobry, his lawyer, this subpeona, or the one issued to RB/Lycos, then my homework is more complete than all but a few people. I know this story, its players, and the background of both subpeonas very well. It was I who retained a MA lawyer for all of us in an effort to quash the Lycos subpeona. Of which I was one of the aliases. Actually, four. I'm on the SI subpeona as well. I'm currently one of three people working with that same MA lawyer to retain some "help" in quashing the SI subpeona. I can confidently say that I've been as big a part in getting the ball rolling against Gary Dobry and his asinine subpeonas as anyone. In fact, we'd in all likelyhood had no counsel to file a quash on the Lycos subpeona, had it not been for me getting a MA lawyer. A lawyer who I'm still in constant touch me. In hopes of helping all of us find success in quashing this SI subpeona. As for Pugs and all his thuggles, I know them as well as anybody. I know his history as well as anybody. While I prefer not to gloat over who, and what I know, don't let that fool you. I'd much prefer working in the background and getting things done. You see, with the Lycos subpeona, I quickly came to find out, that there are the talkers and there are the doers. I'm a doer. Aside from that, I enjoy mixing in levity. Which I've always done on Lycos/RB. Using variations of the alias "SalemsHex". And I will continue to do so here, and elsewhere. If it bothers anyone, then ignore me. But keep one thing firmly in mind; I'm at all times working diligently in an effort to stop Gary Dobry and to have these subpeonas set aside. For ALL of us. And I hope others are doing more than just talking as well. Hope that clears things up. And answers you post.

TC...I think you owe John an apology, and perhaps if you had done some checking you would know that he has been as much a victim of the Dobry malevolence as Janice or anyone else. You may not recognize who he is, nor am I going to say who he is here, except that he's on the RB and SI subpoenas, and is the person who retained the lawyer for the RB quash. He is a key member of the people fighting the subpoenas and without his efforts we'd still be twiddling our collective thumbs waiting for someone else to take the legal initiative.. He can go "off-topic" any time or anywhere, as far as I am concerned but particularly on THIS thread, since without his actions we'd still be waiting for legal representation.
