Procurement is a small part of I2, though they have been acquiring competing technology. Remember the IBM/Ariba/I2 consortium?

I2 wants to take on Ariba. So does Oracle.

In the defense of everyone regard stock picking, no one gets them all correct. There is not a person on SI or anywhere that have never made an incorrect stock call. Both fron a TA and an FA point of view. There are times the stock market can make us all look stupid and if deny what we have said, that is the real mistake. This post is really directed at everyone here. Mark, James, Bill, GST, myself and on and on.

I bought ISLD. I bought ARBA. I bought AKAM and to this day, I believe AKAM is going to do great. In the meantime, I have lost money on them all. I am out of ARBA and obviously ISLD. I am trying to say we are all correct at some point in time and incorrect at others.
