OT non-steel-building materials: It is/was called the 70-30% microphone-concrete mix with still little impact on the structural stability of the building, also used in many (other) embassies and hotels around the world. Some of the more ancient cellar-positioned equipment (in one hotel case) were saved for a future museum some years ago when it was torn down , the switching and taping equipment, pens and note books, dictionaries, etc.. But maybe the world is not yet ready for the more silly aspects of the cold war?? Ilmarinen
