i personally don't think he's senile, but the contradictions are there and I don't need to cull them for you to convince myself, there's nothing in it for me but a waste of time since I sure you and the other worshippers will justify any action of his as noble and neccessary. I think he's a smart guy who has contempt for most of those around him (you would too if they asked you the assinine questions Congress does or if morons villified/adored you based on what common stocks of scammy companies did that week.) He's basically running his own mad science experiment from here on out w/ no accountability. He uses jawboning now to try to manipulate sentiment because there is really not much else to be done. This jawboning involves saying whatever he thinks is necessary, even if it is 180 deg. opposite of what he said a year ago, to try to get the reaction desired frorm the collective, pretty fun experiment if you ask me, more exciting game than most 76 year olds get to play. You can keep him on a pedestal if you want, add to the god complex he must have by now. It's an ego thing for him to try to fix things but it's pretty clear that at this poibnt they can't be fixed, and I understand he has to try and all the catch-22 self fulfilling crap about consumer sentiment yadda, yadda, yadda, but he's and you are too naive if you think he can maintain a confidence game indefinitely.
