At this juncture it might be auspicious to note that Ralph Nader did not win his first big case against GM for the shoddiness of the Corvair, he was awarded $420,000 by settlement with GM for Invasion of Privacy. GM tried a little too hard to win the case.

Also, I never really thought about it but Abuse of Process may not require one to be a defendant, it is merely using a process for a purpose for which it was not intended.

But..... I digress.
