Well, I have been reading Benjamin Graham again myself, lately, and even some much earlier publications.

And out of my more liquid assets, about 50% is on the short side (LEAP puts on the indexes, the Prudent Bear Fund) plus my LEAP calls on Newmont.

The problem for a value investor now, as I hardly need say, especially to you, is that there is so little value. The one stock I've gone into in any size for the long haul is USU. I think they ought to be able to maintain their dividend and I think the dividend will maintain the price of the stock even in a Niagara of selling.
