It is Bearish becasue Rydex TA is rising while XAU is going lower last few days.

Investors getting Bullish gold stocks as XAU closed above 60 only to get turned back down from major long term resistance.

This is confirmed by the fact that the smart money commercials continue to increase short over long gold and silver positions.
