Hi Joan, I didn't know about the 9% Talisman preferred. I have been following TLM for a long time and own the common. I guess the preferred must be listed on the Toronto. As I recall, you deal through Merrill and must be a valued customer, so they can get you pretty much anything. Hey wait, I see there are symbols for the preferred on the NYSE. Do you own the praferred A or B? What is the conversion rate on the preferred that you own? That looks like an extremely interesting idea for income and possible long-term appreciation when energy gets scarce again. Now let me study everything else you mention.
