The problem with the trials led to a windfall for the principals while leaving doubt as to how good the drug will actually be. All that can be hoped for this stock now until future trials is a dead cat bounce. When sun micro went to 20 i scoffed when folks said it was a single digit stock. It got there. With congress in the mix and the enron debacle fresh in our minds this co. is dead money. What if Bristol Myers sues them? What if they go bankrupt as a result or settle by being taken over in some form by bmy? When does the patent on the drug expire? Much to ponder. MIke
