Man, this is heaven, the spread between respectable, dont-kick-their-tires bonds (rating? what rating?)and Fed rate will just keep rising. And we'll get another 25 some time soon. AG loves us.

LOL, you get the feeling that debt service numbers tend to spike when incomes fall?? It'll be obvious by then the time you see it on a chart of course.
