I'm right, ...they're still there waiting to pounce on the best deal they can get. As for the traders, there is more limited money on the upside but greater returns on the downside here. It's a balancing act as is found in all of nature. There are fewer investors lurking right now but that will change once the market starts to rise. Then the old and new ones will enter nearer the next top (typical since it takes a sustained upward move to lure the nervous back in).
