Elmer,

Another warning sign is "inventories", which we previously discussed. Rising inventories and "flat" (or down) revenues is another bad sign.....

However, one could always pull a Cisco and with an "accounting wave of the hand" make inventories go to Zero. It does wonders for Gross Margins, however Cash Flows will stink.
