Michael, we could cut the defense budget by 110 billion and increase warfighting capability if the Pentagon did what was needed to be done and Congress wasn't pumping a lot of money into useless defense pork. For example why does it take three development and testing agenices employing thousands and spending billions to develop four aircraft for the services? It could easily be done by one purple suit agency. Or is purple suit like aiming for you. You won't answer the question because you don't have an answer.
