Ted, Yes, He did sell ENE shares throughout the year. But in August, when management was telling the workers that the stock was undervalued, Lay seems to have used $2M to buy optioned shares(Granted, at the time they were worth $4M or more) that he is not yet reported as having sold.

And if he did sell them it should have been reported by now.

ENE may have loaned him the money to buy the shares -- not uncommon.

But somebody put up $2M that became about $200.
