I thought that was Puerto Rico.... Couldn't find anything with Google.... Shrug. I remember Costa Rica, thinking about the Jurassic Park movie, etc. Tony

Semicon, we were talking about what manufacturing plant in Latin America may have been closed by Intel. Looks like I was wrong, according to this Intel site, and it does say 2002 on the bottom. Looks like the Costa Rica plant is still there. intel.com Also, Eachus from TMF pulled data from the pages off that Intel site to construct a summary chart of Intel fabs.
