Sadly it's true. There is no way to win. What was the college who had a kid die of an asthma attack while playing in sports who is being sued? I think I heard that he was allowed because several years ago they lost a suit because they prevented someone from playing that had asthma.

Or this insanity with asbestos. I mean the government building codes mandated it's use at the time in wrapping steam pipes and then it's the companies faults that it was used. Or you buy a company that had bought a company who took over another company 40 f-ing years ago that used to make asbestos wrap and now it's your fault!!!

I have to stop as I am going into an out of control tirade:)
