I suspect that the USA is probably one of the most lenient country in the world in our treatment of foreigners, if not the most lenient.

There is a Libertarian school of thought that anybody should be able to live anywhere they choose. I would buy that if we had total private property everywhere, but that is a long way off.

I am glad to see the the the protest though, because the Government has a long history of taking laws and using them in ways that they were not meant to be used. The laws meant to stop the Mafia are a good example.

But a lot of the "Bleeding Heart" that I am seeing repulses me. Specifically, the screaming about the housing for the prisoners held at our base in Cuba. It is mainly coming out of the same old "Anti-War" crowd, IMO.
