I just talked to the number you provided (that's the sheriff's office for the county in which I live -- know the difference between a city and a county?) and was told that they would not have taken such a report and show that nothing was called in. They said harassing calls have to be reported in the jurisdiction in which they're being received; not the one from which they're allegedly originating. ragingbull.lycos.com 46.
