My gratitude, good Father. But it is SI that should be chastised for their continued support of these neandertals. Imagine the Galt, the great being of reason, prevented from shedding an iota of light in this the darkest and most derelict of caves. That they could be swayed by the argument likening John Galt's intrusion to an invasion of a church service is naivety on the highest order. They must be reminded that it was John Galt and you, Father Terrence, who saw the true danger of such antiquated and evil minds long before WTC. Even following WTC, you would think from the carnage, they'd re-evaluate, re-assess their own values. Although it is true SI, in the name of liberty and free enterprise, do have that right to enforce their own policy, their policy towards these dense caves should not be protective, but, rather, to protect the very liberty they seek to protect, one of righteous neglect. There is a lot of credibility that the world has for distinguished people like yourself. This a private conversation , I'm seroius , I'm not playing head games, you are smart enough to figure that out. Its like I'm in business for myself. I can't go out and use 4 letter words , tell dirty jokes or drink a 1/2 fifth of booze to land an important client, or put a 12 pack in the back of a golf cart and take a client out. Been there done all that and used to write twice the business I do now. Not to mention the all night poker games and driving home drunk at 5 am. Why do I say you are helping our thread( not that I am asking you to continue )( sorry, couldn't resist the barb )....the way I see it sinners have a ton of worldly credibility. Sinners understand other sinners. I ran for political office back when I lived like a heathen. Almost beat a 30 year incumbant. He was a sinner too. But got appointed to a prestigious position in state government as a result of my good showing. I mean life was good. My opponent, I told him before he beat me " Johnnie, your 'e going down !! Well for awhile I was WRONG, NOT NADA...what happened , he died ! suddenly !! Heart problem. all the good living got to him, a lot of extra cirricular activities...his wife and mistress both competed for casket time; know what I mean. It got me to thinking ! I thought ..Dang...what if I had been the one to win the election..that would have been me in the casket. !! What if I pursue a 30 year political career..I end up like he did.I thought ...Actulally Greg you won ! I'm living. Well so I make this big decision to follow the Lord; you know what happened..10 years later my business goes down 70 %...I couldn't run for dogcatcher and win in politics. I can't pay off bribes to get big contracts or win court cases, I lose my total investment portfolio in the last crash and have been relegated to menial jobs to make a living and support my family. But guess what, I couldnt be happier. God has shown me how to live off a fraction off what I used to live on. He gave me a wonderful wife and daughter , I'm close to two other children from a previous marriage and I'm out of debt. Owe nobody but a car payment and quit drinking, smoking. I guess its no surprise I'm living off a portion of what I used to live off of. I used to party 5 nights a week, but I'm a lot happier now. Exchanged all those easy women for one that is anything but a push over...my wife will hurt you if you give her a hard time..but she loves me thats enough and I love her. So why am I telling you this ....you talk to every Christian and they will tell a similar story .... there is a heavy worldly cost to follow the Lord..I mean all those parties and women are fun for awhile..but after awhile you can end up with a women you've been chasing for 3 years and after one night think to yourself , what an air head..and want to run.. So what's my real point...!! You see !! Its pretty hard to discourage a Christan that has been a Christian for a pretty long time. You might get to a few young ones. Actually Its almost impossible. My reasoning ! You see. Christians are so used to getting beat up by the world that it just doesn't bother them anymore. Few will stand there and take it , we have an ability to turn off our hearing aids. But actually you are not so bad...a lot of 4 letter words, vulgarity, that would turn me off big time , but just to come on and degrade and scoff at , and insult , and question our faith, or be scornful towards ...thats nothing.."you are right "I'll never accept it or get used to it..I'll be that honest with you ...but most Christians are going to implant thoughts into your mind that will end up increasing the internal struggle you go through on a daily basis ..probably why you hate em... right ! But its really God not man..yea go ahead and hate me too..if it will make you feel any better..you have my permission !! In Love of Christ ... my Lord and Savoir... gregor
