My 9 year old freaks over robotica. He wants to be a scientist or engineer. Think I've got my oil& gas deal sold to a small public co., will find out in one week. Plan is to get it sold and move to the next one, and use more stops on trading. Working on a $2.5 million dollar real estate deal where the seller wants an installment sale as their cost basis is now depreciated to nil.( seller is old parentalfamily friend) ,About 50+ rental houses located within 20 mile radius , could be a good deal, will know more after more dd is done. Life, being self employed, is wide open and risky !
