you won't have to worry about your heart either if you throw out all the food in your house (starting with margarine) that have the ingredient "partially hydrogenated" soybean, cottonseed, etc oil in it. this is the stuff they fry food in at mcdonalds and burger king. it's also used in almost all processed food that contains fat. it's in krispy kreme donuts. it's heavily used in margarine (poison). it's in crisco. it's in hamburger helper. kraft mac & cheese. it's in campbells' soups. it's in rice-a-roni. it's in breakfast cereals. it's in some chocolates. it's in that fake creamer stuff people put in their coffee. it's in doritos. it's in cool whip. it's in some salad dressings and mayonnaise. it's in popular brands of peanut butter. it's loaded in crackers, cookies, potato chips, and baked goods like pastries.

IT'S POISON. IT'S EVERYWHERE.
