Donnie, Hi!! Thanks for the note...Life's great...Kids still fun... and teaching, as usual, rewarding... Gardens all tucked in for the winter...Had a former wrestler, now landscaper, drop off mega yards of chipped leaves...Next spring we'll put them on some areas and keep some of the yet developed areas in control from weeds...Trees are really magnificent...Management of the entire area has produced some incredible specimens...Eastern Gray Beech are fast becoming the climax forest examples all the others have to look up to... :o) Gardens and the color changes from April till Fall is the joy when you wake up and go to sleep...Been having a drought up here...If it wasn't for the irrigation system I put in three years ago I'd be cryin'...Water over 4 acres at present and adding more next... Market's ready to move shortly Donnie...Dad always said 6-9 out is when the big bucks get in...The cuts from Fed and Bush's plan to pump money will eventually produce results... How's that gorgeous house I hear you now reside in? Landscaped it yet? Best, Kemble
