I remember that KPMG lobbied hard to get the SEC to break up the other big accounting firms into consulting and accounting. I forgot what their advantage was, but it was very significant. If I find some more on that, I will post it.

Give them the best truth serum invented by the CIA. I'll bet we've got some real duzzies sitting in bins just waiting to be used. I wouldn't really call that torture. As long as they are safe when taken under supervision.
