It's a large financing, approx 200 million, and the pay out is between 8.75-9.5%.
I took a small position but there is plenty of time to decide, I think, as I do not see this being a hot issue, but who knows.

They may be positively affected by the Kyoto accord and the trading of energy credits (You know, buying the right to pollute) as they are promoting low environmental impact solutions. That is an issue another poster brought to my attention in another stock I own and I thought it might apply here. I've just sent off an email to find out what I can.
