What a speech indeed Carl! It's tough for me to hear without welling up with tears of sorrow and pride. How could we have been so blind as a people? And why did it take so long to remove that blindfold?

America has been blessed with leaders like Martin Luther King who sacrificed so much for the greater good. And in who's eloquent vision, challenged those who thought differently to examine the roots of their bigotry, hatred and divisiveness.

My hope is that his message, transformed with different words, and for different cultures of people, will make a similar impact on the rest of the planet still wreaking of bigotry.

Muslims, Indu's, Jews and christians in the middle east who's minds our filled with bigotry and jealously, must find a way to re-examine where those seeds of hatred come from and have the courage to take a different road.

America can and will give direction, after all, we took many wrong roads ourselves along the way. But they must fill the gas-tank, and build a buss big enough to hold their entire nation in it.
