Torture? After 9/11? People jumping 80 stories as a better way out. People Burned to death. People in planes seeing the buildings before they hit. Crushed under rubble. Having a 110 story building collapse under you?

To keep this from happening again the use of pliers and blow torches wouldn't bother me.
