bogus call but somehow even the talking heads agreed it was a strict interpretation (hand moving forward....actually it was down) of the rule but of course anyone who knows football says it is a fumble. Al Davis should take the blame..Raiders playoff opponents penalized only once in two games. League hates him and officials are directed to not give them a break....or so the story from Timmy Brown goes.
