Not necessarily, DOUG H. Your disdain for college education is obvious in your lack of any. Correct? You are proud of the fact that you 'made it' without going to college? Or not? I seem to remember that you have a big hair up your butt in resentment. I have no desire or need to 'defend' my 'elitism,' which I suppose on this board and in the Bush PR spin to make himself more money and power, means that higher education is 'unpatriotic.' That might make people THINK, after all. About what might be goin' on 'behind the scenes.' Where Republicans who ARE 'educated' in things not taught in your local college are manipulating you and your money right into the grave. And the sooner, the better, so that there won't be so many broke, 'pesky' boomers for the Bush + pals to 'have to deal with' ... in the media.
