Of that, there's absolutely no doubt. In this case, there is written evidence of perjury by Dobry in an affidavit, and sanctions were called for under Rule 11 of Dobry's attorney, Richter. Although these were denied, it is clear that Richter has accepted what Dobry tells him without hesitation and without even the most rudimentary checks to support subpoenas.
