I looked at it but how can anyone have any confidence whatsoever in earnings estimates for this company? How much confidence could you even have in the revenue forcasts? now we have a developmental company that has no expertise in that area buying at what seems like a very hefty premium for a company in a different business that is on the other coast. My guess is that the company would not be willing to pay cash for the company but since its shares management is not too worried about the cost and wants to show the revenue growth now. but from a business point of view i see no synergies and it did not look like they were getting a bargain so what is the advantage to me as a shareholder? what we will have is another $1billion or so of goodwill that will be on our books as a deduction from tangible book value and i dont like it.
