Agreed -- I am disturbed by the whole scenario. That was the reason that I suggested a class-action since it is my understanding that cuts the individuals cost considerably. Unfortunately, I cannot come up with a definition of the damages suffered, which I think is at least one main issue. Certainly, something should be done; considering the cerebral power on this thread an appropriate response should be forthcoming. This could be a significant litigation that might prove of interest to some aspiring lawyer.
