Ted, loss of time and money is damages. There has most certainly been a loss of a lot of both. Simple as that. As to exactly what specific steps might be taken as a consequence, that is something the people who hired the lawyer to quash the subpoena are discussing amongst themselves. If they decide on any definite cause of action I'm sure they'll privately let those that need-to-know know about it. That doesn't mean people shouldn't feel free to offer suggestions, just that I doubt we'll see a definitive plan actually be hashed out on this public thread. :) - Jeff
