You got me on that, but I have a solid excuse.... I'm a a tech freak, not an accountant. What little knowledge I have of balance sheet scams and fraud techniques was acquired through the hard school of knocks (and market losses). Must admit that there have been many expensive lessons learned on the way to acquiring a half-decent understanding of the methods the banditos use. (g)
