To all: Newmont high volume. Who is buying and who is selling? I see some indication the funds are buying.

TM, Goldcorp is a business venture whose product happens to be gold. They sell thier product at a very high margin. Like any profitable venture the key to growth is how the profits are reinvested. FN/EN were great ventures whose product happened to be gold. I thought Ken Snyder was an excellent vehicle for reinvestment. My perception is that FN/En did not reinvest the profits well. Specifically I would point to INCO and Aber.
