Tim, when do you go out and buy a new car? When you are broke or flush?

1 - Neither the US as a country or the US government is broke.

2 - You didn't answer my question. Where you in favor of a tax cut when we had the surpluses?

3 - I suppose we can't increase spending now as that would be buying the car when we are broke, right?
