That didn't answer it but this does - Message 16940109; Tim, in both posts, I said the same thing but in different ways. Edit - but the first sentance is unclear - " Tim, again I would not increase spending until of the deficit principle is being paid down." "unitl of"? Do you mean until all of, most of, some of, a tiny bit of? No, just plain "until"; ever since I first experienced trouble posting, I have been in fast mode when putting a post together. That has increased the number of errors. I hope you and D. Ray can forgive me. ;~)) ted
