Hi Kemble,

I should clarify one issue. My computer worked right out of the box. The hardware is great! The problems I encountered were related to trying to use the phone system with all the prompts, not having my questions answered by tech support, and not getting order/credit information from customer service.

Defective hardware was not the problem. Just a bad experience with Dell's Support functions.
