Thanks For your interest I have updated regularly. I deleted some empty folders last night and now I see that that the CDburning program is not available. Possibly there was something in one of the folders I did not catch. However, when I put the application cd into the drive my system tells the this particular disk is not meant to run on my system. I am currently holding for Sony to pick up. It is a new system. They just answered. I will update on my arduous journey to pc health. thanks again.
