I don't pay them for an upgrade even though the cost is trivial. This is the funny part. It really is trivial. The net got off to a "funny" start with all the VC money and easy capital around. Initially everything was free. Now the same firms have to re-teach the general public it cannot always be free. The B2C firms really made a mess big time. They all had free shipping intitially and sold below cost. Now they can't understand why people empty their shopping carts when there is a shipping fee at the checkout. There is only one group they can blame for that;-)
