That inability is well distributed between the sexes. -g- Absolutely. I was assuming you were like me and every other person know, I'll do anything to avoid admitting my spouse was right and I was wrong about some dumb move I made (unfortunately I have a snowballs chance in Hell that he'll let me get away with forgetting it). My point was that almost no one goes back to the person who warns and tells them they were right, if anything they blame them for predicting it as if they caused it. I've been giving people bad news my whole career and unless that bad news is delivered with a solution AND you convince them to follow your advice, you can count on people hating you for telling them.
