PCSTEL: To quote a famous song: "My Beach, My Waves - Go Home!" Just kidding of course, this beach should have enough room for everyone. Having said that, often times that has started out to be the case and then those damn surf fishers and surfer dudes get into it and all hell breaks loose. At least it is quite for now, I think some dudes were forced to sell their boards and get a real job some time back. Happy moat building, just check in every now and then with the zoning board to make sure that moat does not become and eye sore. Jeff Vayda
