The float is just too damn big. Recs like that are great, but for the individual to jump in, there has to be some serious action taking place to overcome the people who are bailing out. Too much short sightedness on WS right now. Everyone is jumping the minute they make 10%. It's not a bad strategy, trying to find 10% short term gains. Do it 10 times over the year, starting with $10k, and you've got a nice little return - about $16k. If I had the gonads and the money, I'd probably take a shot at it myself.
