Electronic Data Resources, Inc. Renews Processing Agreement with National Processing Company

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Feb. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- National Processing Company (NPC®), a leading provider of merchant credit card processing and a wholly owned subsidiary of National Processing, Inc. (NYSE: NAP), announced today that Electronic Data Resources, Inc. (EDR), a full-service provider of electronic processing, has signed a multi-year renewal of its processing agreement with NPC. Under the terms of the agreement, NPC will continue to provide EDR with front-end authorization and capture services, plus back office support.
